Capello va s'occuper du cas Terry

La fédération anglaise de football a annoncé lundi que le sélectionneur Fabio Capello «prendrait une décision» sur un retrait ou non du brassard de capitaine de l'Angleterre à John Terry, accusé d'une relation extra-conjugale avec l'ex-compagne d'un équipier (Wayne Bridge). Depuis la révélation de cette affaire dans la presse britannique, les appels se sont multipliés pour que le joueur de Chelsea soit déchu de cette charge. Jusqu'au ministre des Sports Gerry Sutcliffe, qui a jugé que «si les allégations étaient démontrées, cela remettrait alors en cause son rôle de capitaine de l'Angleterre».

«Fabio est parfaitement au courant des développements sur John Terry» et «règlera le problème à sa manière en usant de sa grande expérience d'entraîneur de football», a expliqué la FA, selon qui l'Italien est attendu en Angleterre «dans la semaine». Cette affaire suscite un émoi considérable en Angleterre. Llacer gagne aux Prud'hommes

Le Paris-SG a été condamné lundi par le Conseil des prud'hommes à verser 400.000 euros à Francis Llacer pour licenciement abusif, révèle L'Equipe mardi matin.
